Our History

Being one of the oldest real estate groups in the Oxford Hills Region we love our community and everything about our small community in which we try to stay involved with!
Our founder Robert “Bob” Bizier started Biz Realty in 1983 but has been in the real of real estate since 1969, his influence sticks with us even to this day, especially when we get to greet him as we enter the office greeting us at the back door, bringing his charm and community responsiveness first. He did so many different things within our community from events, donating to certain community causes and so much more we cant fit it all here because he was on every board imaginable! That thinking got spread on to the rest of our team when he decided to pass the business along to Karen Edwards in 2004 having been working for Bob since 1996. She has been the face of the business ever since and we couldn’t ask for a nicer person to represent us and our clients alike, she continues to give to our community as Bob did through events such as Project Graduation to just being part of the Oxford Hills Chamber Of Commerce! Karen has big dreams for us to keep the name going and we don’t plan on going away any time soon, we love our community here and can’t think of anywhere else we would rather be!
